Quality Craftsmanship Floor & Tile Co. is a Jacksonville flooring and tile company owned by Marc Couret. We install floors, set tile, build and waterproof showers, replace failed subfloor, and run the finish carpentry that closes a room out. We have laid over a million square feet of it, and ran more than 150 projects last year alone.
The thing that actually separates flooring companies is not the material. Everyone buys from the same manufacturers. It is what happens in the hours before the finish material comes off the pallet: whether the subfloor got checked, whether the soft spot got replaced or covered, whether the slab got flattened, whether the shower pan got waterproofed as a continuous system or just tiled over and hoped for.
Those steps cost money and nobody sees them. They are the first thing cut when a contractor is bidding against a lower number. They are also the entire reason a floor either lasts twenty years or starts failing in eighteen months.
We do not cut them. That is what the name means, and it is why we would rather lose a bid than win one by leaving out the part that matters.
