A Beacon Hills home moved from dated flooring to 24x48 Italian porcelain. The stairs got slate treads cut to fit each riser.

- Removed the existing floor and prepped the slab flat enough for large format tile
- Set 24x48 Italian porcelain with the leveling system large panels require
- Cut and installed slate stair treads one step at a time
- Grouted and detailed the transitions
