St. Augustine Subfloor Replacement and Luxury Vinyl Plank
The finish floor was the easy part. The subfloor underneath had to be cut out and replaced first.
Scope of work
- Removed the failing floor and exposed the decking
- Cut out and replaced the damaged subfloor sections
- Reset the substrate flat and solid
- Installed luxury vinyl plank over the new deck
