Trim & Millwork / Nassau County
Trim & Millwork in Fernandina Beach, FL
Amelia Island jobs usually take in the whole room. Our largest gallery is a Fernandina Beach home with a herringbone backsplash, a faux beam, a tongue-and-groove entry ceiling, and crown moulding throughout.

What trim & millwork involves here
- Faux beams built and installed
- Tongue-and-groove ceilings and accent walls
- Tile and trim on one contract, one schedule
A new floor with the old, paint-caked baseboard still on the wall looks unfinished, and everyone can tell even if they cannot say why. Trim is what closes the gap between the floor and the room.
Trim is quoted as its own scope rather than bundled into a floor price, so you can see what it costs and decide. Having us do it alongside the flooring means one contract and one schedule, with no waiting on a separate trim contractor to come back and close things out. We run baseboard, quarter round, crown moulding, tongue-and-groove ceilings, faux beams, stair trim, and casing.
Local conditions we plan for in Fernandina Beach
- Floors and trim from one contractor
- Tile, ceilings, beams, and crown handled together means one schedule and no gap between trades.
- Second homes and remote owners
- We keep owners updated with photos and progress when they are not local. Communication is part of the job, not an extra.
- Island humidity
- Same coastal moisture rules as the rest of our beach work. Material gets acclimated and substrates get checked.

FAQ
Trim & Millwork in Fernandina Beach: questions
Not covered here? Call (904) 592-0777 and ask.
Do I need new baseboard when I get new flooring?
Not always, but often it is worth it. Removing old base without damaging it is difficult, and the old profile frequently does not sit right against a new floor height. If your existing base is in good shape and the heights work, we can reuse it and add quarter round instead.
Do you paint the trim you install?
We install it caulked, filled, and sanded so it is ready for paint. Painting is usually handled by the homeowner or their painter, but ask us when we quote and we will tell you what we can include.
Do you travel to Amelia Island and Nassau County?
Yes. Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island are a regular part of our work, including one of the largest projects in our gallery.
